Terms & Conditions for all events
All event bookings are payable in advance and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your place is transferrable to a colleague, or you can request a place on a future training event (to the same value or as part payment towards) instead.
Online sessions will be delivered via Zoom. Joining instructions will be sent beforehand and it is the participant’s responsibility to check their internet connection speed is sufficient to take part and they can access Zoom.
Sessions are participatory and intended to be attended live and therefore not recorded.
Each session is accompanied by handouts of key tasks or points, but detailed notes and recordings are not included within the price.
If you would like to discuss a group session for your organisation with a recording, please just get in touch.
If you are unable to make your booked session in-person you can transfer your place to a colleague or friend. Just let us know who will be attending.
