We have a Data Protection and Confidentiality Policy which details, amongst other things, our internal systems to manage our responsibilities with respect to GDPR.
We only use data for valid reasons and have an internal admin system to remove sensitive data from our company files on a cyclical basis. Data collected for one service is not used for any others and is collected on a permission basis. The infrastructure and security of our cloud-based file storage system is regularly tested to identify and patch vulnerabilities. This involves third-party specialists, industry security teams and the security research community to help keep users and files safe.
During transit files are secured with a strong cipher and files can be securely shared with the client via the cloud-based system. All our files are updated and back-up in real-time so that the most recent version of a file is always available, secure and recoverable.
